What type of photo works best for a personalised crystal?

Clear, well-lit photos usually work best. The main subject should be in focus, with faces and important details easy to see.

Can I add text to my crystal?

Personalisation options vary by product. Selected designs allow you to add text or other details alongside your photo.

How do I choose the right crystal shape?

Consider the number of people in your photo and how you want the finished crystal to look. Our Crystal Shapes Guide can help you compare the available options.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Preparation and dispatch times depend on the product and delivery option. Check our shipping information for the latest timeframes.
