Effective Date: 01/08/2025 At Intaglio Crystals, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return terms carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:
   • The item is faulty, defective, or damaged in transit.
   • The wrong item was supplied.
   To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
   • Your order number.
   • Photos showing the issue.
2. Exclusions: We do not accept returns or refunds for:
   • Change of mind.
   • Custom engraved products, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
   • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
3. Process:

   2. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
   3. If approved, we may issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs:
   • We will cover replacement shipping cost. You are responsible for return shipping.
5. Consumer Rights: This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
