  • Intaglio Crystals is an online business based in Victoria, Australia.
  • We sell custom and ready-made subsurface engraved crystals through our WooCommerce website.
  • We do not have a physical shopfront. All sales and support are conducted online.
  1. Orders
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is an acknowledgement only and not acceptance of your order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:
    • The product is unavailable.
    • Payment is not authorised.
    • We suspect fraudulent activity.
  1. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable).
  • We accept payments via secure third-party payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, or WooCommerce Payments.
  • We do not store your credit card details.
  1. Custom Orders
  • Custom engraving requires the customer to provide a suitable image or file.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any images or text supplied do not infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Once approved, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • We ship Australia-wide (and internationally, where applicable) using trusted courier services.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • While we take reasonable care, delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
  1. Returns & Refunds
  • We take great care to ensure our products are of high quality.
  • Returns are only accepted if:
    • The item is faulty, defective, or damaged in transit.
    • The wrong product was supplied.
  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, especially for custom engraved products.
  • To request a return, contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order with photos and proof of purchase. Please read our Returns & Refunds page for details.
