• As our crystals are personalised, preparation times may vary depending on the product and personalisation required.
• All orders are generally dispatched within 4 business days.
• Custom or more complex engraved orders may require additional preparation time depending on design complexity.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

• We use trusted courier and postal services, including Australia Post and DHL.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping may be offered on select promotions.

3. Delivery After Dispatch

• Once an order has been dispatched, delivery time may vary depending on the courier, destination and circumstances outside our control.
• Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched so customers can monitor delivery progress.

4. Tracking

• You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
• Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive tracking details.

5. Risk of Loss

Once your order is handed to the courier, the risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout. Orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not refundable.
